Hello, my name is Dr Trina Pisavadia, and I am a Clinical Psychologist. I have over 10 years of experience working in the NHS, supporting adults and young people with mental health difficulties. My aim is to provide a calm and confidential space which allows my clients to share their difficulties. I aim to help people identify and change unhelpful patterns so that they can feel more confident, reach their goals and be more like the person they want to be at home, in their relationships and/or at work.
