I am a fully accredited CBT and EMDR Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. My career spans diverse settings, including NHS Talking Therapies,
forensic settings, drug and alcohol services, and the private sector. In the NHS, I not only provided individual therapy but also developed and facilitated psychoeducational groups
informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). These experiences shaped my ability to deliver tailored, evidence-based
interventions designed to empower clients and foster lasting change.
